Return and refund policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your desk organizer must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items on "Final Sale" or clearance.
  • Personalized or custom-made desk organizers.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear, assembly errors, or misuse.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged, as desk organizers can be fragile during transit.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Currency: All refunds are processed in USD. Please note that your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees when receiving the funds in your local currency (e.g., SGD).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same model, please email us at support@widra.shop.
