Thank you for shopping at widra.shop. We are dedicated to delivering your order accurately and on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders for our Desk Organizers are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Queensland, Australia.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We primarily serve the Singapore market. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 7-13 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance procedures in Singapore or local carrier delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your "Desk Organizer" order directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
widra.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, GST, etc.). Please check Singapore’s import regulations regarding home/office furniture and accessories.
5. Damages
widra.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided during the checkout process was incorrect or incomplete. Please ensure your delivery details in Singapore are accurate before confirming your order.
